When you fill an enquiry or tour form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, e-mail and your child's name, date of birth and class of interest.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and plan your visit.
- To guide you through the admission process.
- To share school updates, only if you ask us to.
3. Children's information
We collect only the details needed for admission and keep them safe. We never sell or share children's information for advertising.
4. Photos and videos
Photos of students are published only with written consent from parents, which can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the school office.
5. Sharing
We share information only with the CBSE and government bodies when the law requires it, and with service providers who help us run the school, under strict confidentiality.
6. Security
Records are kept on secure systems with limited access. Paper forms are stored in locked cabinets.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@yourschool.in.
